Job description

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and building high-quality, responsive websites. As a Webflow Developer, you will collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and developers to bring engaging websites to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and launch visually appealing websites using Webflow.

  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into Webflow websites.

  • Implement custom animations, interactions, and responsiveness to enhance user experience.

  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.

  • Manage CMS collections, structure databases, and ensure data integrity within Webflow.

  • Conduct troubleshooting and debugging for Webflow projects to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Keep updated with Webflow updates, new features, and web development best practices.

  • Support and train clients on maintaining content and making minor adjustments within Webflow.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and extend Webflow capabilities.

  • Experience working with Webflow CMS, interactions, and eCommerce functionalities.

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web animation.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, site optimization, and web accessibility standards.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality projects.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Webflow development

  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and Webflow integrations with third-party tools.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and version control (e.g., Git).
