Visual Designer

If you have a passion for creating visually stunning and innovative designs and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role is for you. We are looking for a self-motivated Visual Designer who excels in conceptualizing and executing creative design solutions, identifying design opportunities, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.

What you'll be expected to do:

• Develop strong concepts through research, mood-boarding, and strategic thinking.

• Create compelling visual storytelling, illustrations, and designs across various platforms.
• Independently design and iterate on website sections, social media content, and marketing materials with minimal guidance.
• Utilize and contribute to our visual design system.
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (basic video editing is a plus).

Beyond Design

• Understand the business landscape and its workings.

• Grasp the product and market to design effective, relevant collateral.
• Exhibit strong ownership and demand high-quality results from self and team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales).

• 3-6 years of experience in Visual/Graphic design.

• Fairly good command over the broad aspects of design - Conceptualizing, Researching, Mood-boarding, Strategic thinking, Storytelling,  Illustrations

• Good to have: experience in B2B SaaS companies.
  

• Even better: a keen interest in the creator space
