We are seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Lead with a strong grasp of demand generation across both organic and paid channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Positioning: Define the unique value proposition of Phyllo’s products and identify target markets to enhance market penetration.
  • Product Launch Planning: Lead the coordination of all marketing efforts to support successful product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to understand needs, preferences, and pain points, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge and refine product positioning.
  • Messaging and Branding: Craft compelling product messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market plan to drive product awareness and adoption, working closely with sales and growth teams to implement feedback loops.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-quality sales enablement content and tools, including product demos, presentations, and customer case studies, to empower the sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job requirements

Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, with a focus on technical products. Proven experience in managing product marketing teams.

Skills: Strong business and technical acumen, excellent communication, and project management abilities.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
