About the role:

As a Developer Advocate, you'll be essential for Phyllo to deliver a stellar developer advocacy for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and GTM teams to be an internal advocate for our developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain developer documentation as the best representation of our API products

• Develop content that promotes engagement with developers, solving their problems, and using the product.

• Define the best integration experience for product integration

• Resolves developer experience challenges by interacting with them and defining the best practices

• Help us understand customer's voices, figure out their pain points and provide the best solution

• Working with product, engineering, and marketing teams to help support your and their success.

• Helps customers understand our product integration and provides critical inputs to minimizes integration time

• Competitive analysis to assess how we can always lead the industry with powerful, engaged, thoughtful, and surprising advocacy and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations and advocacy.

• Understand the engineering, product and marketing aspects of advocacy

• Experience with multiple programming languages - Java, Go, Python, and Node.js.

• Experience and knowledge of open-source workflow, projects, and culture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents.

• Ability to work in a high-growth and rapidly scaling work environmen
