Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Manager to drive product and business operations at Phyllo. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering client success for our social screening solutions by streamlining internal workflows, managing and resolving customer requests, and maintaining high quality standards.
What you'll be expected to do:
Client Engagement & Success: Serve as the primary contact for clients, build relationships, and ensure prompt and effective resolution on escalations.
Operational Leadership & Process Management: Develop, implement, and update SOPs to address process bottlenecks to enhance workflows, productivity and service quality.
Quality Assurance & Incident Management: Establish and maintain QA/QC benchmarks, and coordinate with tech teams to resolve issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analysis to monitor performance and create reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and communicate operational insights.
Job requirements
8+ years of experience in client success management, with a focus on high-volume customer interactions.
Proven experience managing SaaS or product operations in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and a strong command of Microsoft Excel/SQL to support operational reporting and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
